About Rachel
Rachel brings extensive international experience in leadership, consulting, project management and HR. She has worked at renowned organisations such as Accenture, Shell, KPN and FMO, working with diverse individuals. Speaking English, Dutch, French, German and Russian she excels in multicultural environments.
She is committed to tackling challenges and driving positive change. Her guiding philosophy includes understanding challenges, setting clear goals and staying connected to ensure success on every assignment. With a rich international network and hands-on experience, Rachel delivers impactful results for her clients.
She holds an MSc in HRM and International Development and has further training at the Netherlands Academy of Psychotherapy and the Henley Business School. She believes in the value of continuous development and invests time in supervision and peer review.
Originally from Stratford upon Avon, she currently lives in The Hague with her family.
